Well, supposedly, with the foreskin covering the head, the nerve endings are more protected, and therefore more sensitive. Without a foreskin, it could be that the lower sensitivity would allow a slight delay of orgasm. The counterargument is that orgasms would be less intense.
In order to be sure, of course, someone not circumcised and with ample sexual experience would have to agree to have the procedure done, and then carefully study the difference in response and intensity.
Me, I was circumsized right after birth just like most who are, but even if I wasn't, why change something that works just fine the way it is?
